Where they started.
The top consulting firms are building fleets of internal AI agents that automate their own work.
They keep those agents private and keep selling the work, betting there will always be more complex work for the human consultants.
We had an inkling: a big chunk of what the top consultancies sell can be done to a very high standard by the best LLMs.
The work.

Bet. We put our money where our mouth is: rather than argue the point, we built it.

Build. We translated the inkling into a live product: one that understands consulting frameworks, does market research in minutes that used to take weeks, commissions real user and buyer interviews and processes the results, and builds the financial models and the presentations.

Prove. It does all of it to a higher level of quality than the average senior consultant at the top firms.

Release. We optimised it to run for cents, so for now we keep it free. Try it at seed.new.
What it produced.

The point is proven: a lot of the work can be done to very high quality standards for practically nothing.

Seed builds its own frameworks for any business question and goes ahead and solves it: corporate strategy, value proposition development, marketing planning, brand strategy, social media messaging, certifications.

Unlike ChatGPT or Claude, it is designed to lead the conversation: it asks the questions and decides where to go next, like a good consultant. You don't need to know the approach or the frameworks.

We also learned where the line is: what LLMs cannot yet do is read human emotion and build the rapport that real advice depends on. That, for now, remains human.
