Working together / 00

Tell us what you're working on. We'll reach out if there's a fit.

We take on a small number of engagements each year. The senior team runs every one of them, which is why the list stays short.

The note below lands with us directly. If there's a fit on both sides, we come back within two working days to set up a conversation. If there isn't, we will tell you plainly, and where we can, point you somewhere better.

01 / Tell us about it

A few questions, so the first conversation is a real one.

The senior team reads everything. Take five minutes, the more you tell us, the sharper the read we can give you when we come back.

    Plain language is fine
We read everything ourselves. You'll hear back within two working days.
    02 / What happens next

How this usually goes, in plain order.

    1. Step 01

      You tell us about it.

A few sentences on where you are, what you're building, and what good would look like. It goes straight to the senior team, not a queue.

    2. Step 02

      We read it ourselves.

Within two working days we come back: either to set up a conversation with a principal, or, if it isn't a fit, to tell you plainly, and where we can, point you somewhere better.

    3. Step 03

      A first chat.

Around an hour with a principal. We work the problem with you on the call, you should leave with a sharper view of it whether or not we end up working together. If there's a fit on both sides, a scope follows from that conversation.

    03 / Common questions

The things most people ask first.

Worst case, a fun chat. Best case, another Anthropic.

We always aim for the latter.
